UW-W Invents "Obnoxious J.erk Harassment" to Smash Student Speech

The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) is a prominent legal organization whose mission is to defend and sustain individual rights at America's colleges and universities. Each month, FIRE highlights a college or university with a particularly bad and, more often than not, unconstitutional speech code. FIRE's "speech code of the month" for September goes to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
